Conditions of Carriage (Terms of Use)

1. Who runs this route

These terms govern your use of doubledeckerlane.com ("Double Decker Lane", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of doubledeckerlane.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may board the Double Decker Lane bus

Double Decker Lane carries adults only, so riders must be 18 or over; by using it you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3. Virtual coins only

The games use virtual coins that are given out free of charge.
A coin has no monetary value; it is not money, not credit and not property.
Nobody can purchase, sell, withdraw, transfer or exchange coins for money, goods, services or prizes. There are no in-app purchases of any kind.
No prize with real-world value is ever handed out.
We may change or reset coins, levels and features at any point on the route.

4. No real-money gambling on this route

No real-money gambling is offered or promoted on Double Decker Lane, and no link on the route leads to a gambling operator.

5. Your account and ticket

Costermonger Row and Top Deck Twilight need a free account. Each person may hold one account only and must not share it.
Your password is yours alone. If anyone else has used your account, let us know without delay.
Your account can be deleted at any time from your account page. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed.
An account that is used to disrupt the site, or that we believe is held by someone under 18, may be suspended by us.
Coins, levels and missions ride with the season ticket; they are not your property and may be reset.

6. Behaviour on board

Do not try to disrupt the site, run automated tools against it, offer coins for trade, or let anyone under 18 use it.

7. Running the service, and liability

The site comes ‘as is’, and we may alter or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not let us limit, and your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Law that governs the route

These conditions of carriage fall under the law of England and Wales.
